Hospital policies
Examinations are scheduled by appointments primarily. Emergencies are
seen on an as needed basis and are given priority. This could cause occasional delay in the appointment schedule.
Appointments
For your conveinience we offer “drop-off” appointments. Usually we would ask you to bring your pet in the morning, or at the time that works best for you. Once the doctor has examined your pet he or she will give you a call and go over the diagnosis, treatment options or discharge instructions with you.
For the safety of all all animals in our care we require that all vaccinations be up to date.
We also ask for your pets safety that all animals be placed on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting room.
Payment policy
We require full payment at the time of service. For your conveinience we accept cash, personal checks and VISA/MC and Discover. We do NOT accept American Express at this time and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
